W adjectives are more common than you think it is! Some start with the letters wr and wo, others with wi and wh. Nevertheless, you often use or hear these W adjectives. 

  • Windy: Imagine yourself relaxing along the coastline with swirling breezes. It is a windy and temperate evening! The gusts and intense bluster of the air movements around you can be described as windy. 
  • Wealthy: When we talk about someone having unlimited financial possessions, material prosperity, and abundance, they are “wealthy.” The word “wealthy” evokes the attributes of a lavish lifestyle.
